* In previews of the upcoming competition, IVC 1956 winner Halina Łukomska was mentioned as a member of the 1968 Jury, but she didn’t arrive to Den Bosch. We suspect that the refusal of the then communist Polish government to grant visa to the three Polish participants, also affected Lukomska’s program.
